Manage lease-up marketing coordination for multiple communities from development through launch. Responsibilities include tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; coordinating branding, signage, websites, photography, video, virtual tours, and collateral; supporting CMS updates and website launches; maintaining asset libraries; and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and senior leaders to resolve roadblocks and complete projects.

Manage the full performance of a luxury multifamily community, including occupancy, revenue, NOI, delinquency, expenses, leasing, resident retention, compliance, and asset quality. Lead and develop leasing and service teams, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure performance targets, resident satisfaction, and brand standards are consistently achieved.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential communities: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, cash monitoring, wire transfers, AP oversight, distribution calculations, and development accounting support. Ensure accuracy across multiple entities and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting.

Lead pre-construction and estimating for multi-family, mid-rise, mixed-use, and office projects. Prepare budgets at all design stages, perform quantity take-offs, obtain and qualify subcontractor/supplier proposals, assist value engineering, and coordinate estimates with project teams and stakeholders.
