Requires collaboration with senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, along with travel to project sites and meetings.

The role supports financial performance, resident retention, issue resolution, and consistent execution of community processes.

Manage the full performance of a luxury multifamily community, including occupancy, revenue, NOI, delinquency, expenses, leasing, resident retention, compliance, and asset quality. Lead and develop leasing and service teams, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure performance targets, resident satisfaction, and brand standards are consistently achieved.

Manage day-to-day property operations with focus on financial performance, collections, lease administration, compliance, and resident relations. Support tours, team coordination, and property standards. Coach staff, step in during manager absence, and drive resident retention and revenue through renewals and enforcement.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential communities: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, cash monitoring, wire transfers, AP oversight, distribution calculations, and development accounting support. Ensure accuracy across multiple entities and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting.

Lead pre-construction and estimating for multi-family, mid-rise, mixed-use, and office projects. Prepare budgets at all design stages, perform quantity take-offs, obtain and qualify subcontractor/supplier proposals, assist value engineering, and coordinate estimates with project teams and stakeholders.

Lead construction projects to completion on time and under budget: manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, bids, contracts, change orders, cost control, close-outs, and stakeholder communication.
