Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential communities: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, cash monitoring, wire transfers, AP oversight, distribution calculations, and development accounting support. Ensure accuracy across multiple entities and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting.

Lead pre-construction and estimating for multi-family, mid-rise, mixed-use, and office projects. Prepare budgets at all design stages, perform quantity take-offs, obtain and qualify subcontractor/supplier proposals, assist value engineering, and coordinate estimates with project teams and stakeholders.

Own day-to-day property operations focused on financial performance, compliance, collections, lease administration, resident retention, and property standards. Lead delinquency and collection efforts, drive renewals and income optimization, audit resident files, resolve resident concerns, support tours and team coordination, and ensure consistent execution of community processes.
