Supports multifamily real estate development projects from site evaluation and underwriting through design, permitting, construction, and lease-up. Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, budgeting, financing support, permitting coordination, construction monitoring, cost tracking, stakeholder coordination, and project information management. Requires collaboration with senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, along with travel to project sites and meetings.

Assist with daily luxury apartment community operations, including collections, delinquency management, lease enforcement, renewals, income optimization, resident file audits, compliance, resident relations, tours, team coordination, and property standards. The role supports financial performance, resident retention, issue resolution, and consistent execution of community processes.

Manage the full performance of a luxury multifamily community, including occupancy, revenue, NOI, delinquency, expenses, leasing, resident retention, compliance, and asset quality. Lead and develop leasing and service teams, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure performance targets, resident satisfaction, and brand standards are consistently achieved.
