Manages daily apartment community operations, including collections, delinquency, lease administration, compliance, resident relations, renewals, tours, team coordination, and property standards. Maintains accurate resident files, supports revenue and retention goals, resolves concerns, and leads the community in the manager’s absence. Coaches team members and ensures consistent, professional execution of operational processes.

Manage lease-up marketing coordination for multiple communities from development through launch. Responsibilities include tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; coordinating branding, signage, websites, photography, video, virtual tours, and collateral; supporting CMS updates and website launches; maintaining asset libraries; and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and senior leaders to resolve roadblocks and complete projects.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential communities: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, cash monitoring, wire transfers, AP oversight, distribution calculations, and development accounting support. Ensure accuracy across multiple entities and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting.
