The role is on-site with occasional travel and may require extended hours or weekends.

Provide on-site security for Ballantyne Corporate Park by patrolling facilities, enforcing safety policies, conducting inspections, controlling access, responding to incidents, coordinating with emergency services, and assisting investigations. Maintain reports, operate fire panels and CCTV, and support the security team during assigned shifts.

Lead marketing, communications, social media, events and advertising for The Bowl and TD Amp. Develop campaigns, manage websites, PR, budgets, sponsorships, tenant engagement, analytics reporting, and execute large-scale events, including on-site evening and weekend work.
