Provides one-to-one specialized assistance and positive support to students with disabilities, helping them progress toward IEP and FBA goals. Communicates with instructional staff and school leadership, maintains a safe and supportive classroom environment, completes professional development, and performs assigned administrative duties. The role requires patience, teamwork, confidentiality, regular attendance, and the ability to support students indoors and outdoors while meeting physical requirements.

Provides comprehensive healthcare services to students, including medication administration, immunization compliance, health screenings, emergency response, care planning, documentation, and parent communication. Coordinates with physicians, school staff, families, and mobile dental providers; maintains confidential records, medical supplies, and required health reports. Supports student trips with medical preparation and responds to injuries, illness, and workplace safety incidents.

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons using designated curricula for 5th grade. Manage classroom behavior, teach whole/small groups, use assessment data to inform instruction, communicate with families and colleagues, track attendance/grades/IEP progress, and support students' social-emotional development. Participate in data meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
