Operate excavators, vactor trucks, pump trucks, and jetter trucks on excavation and utility service sites. Dig and probe for utilities, support sewer and water repairs, follow OSHA and company safety procedures, maintain equipment, and assist with excavation and service tasks. Requires a high school diploma, three or more years of excavator experience, sewer and water repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and at least a CDL-B.

Leads HVAC service and installation operations, including technician and supervisor management, scheduling, staffing, workload forecasting, customer satisfaction, performance metrics, recruiting, training, inventory, warehouse operations, safety, and operational reporting. Partners with senior leadership on company strategy and initiatives while improving field efficiency, employee development, and business growth.

Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed-asset records, expense analyses, and financial reporting across affiliated companies. Reviews transactions, general ledger postings, job costing, revenues, and expenses for accuracy. The Staff Accountant also supports accounting team members, handles special projects, and contributes to timely, accurate financial reporting.

Supervise accounts receivable and collections staff, oversee payment processing, reconcile chargebacks, refunds, adjustments, and work-in-progress accounts, create progress billing invoices, audit receipts, resolve discrepancies, produce reports, support field operations, and train new hires. The role also maintains accurate payment records, implements procedures, and ensures accounting accuracy across departmental activities.

Lead daily HVAC service and installation operations, managing technicians, installers, supervisors, scheduling, staffing, inventory, fleet maintenance, safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, budgets, and reporting. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management while partnering with senior leadership on strategy and operational improvements.
