Supervise accounts receivable and collections staff, oversee payment processing, reconcile chargebacks, refunds, adjustments, and work-in-progress accounts, create progress billing invoices, audit receipts, resolve discrepancies, produce reports, support field operations, and train new hires. The role also maintains accurate payment records, implements procedures, and ensures accounting accuracy across departmental activities.

Lead daily HVAC service and installation operations, managing technicians, installers, supervisors, scheduling, staffing, inventory, fleet maintenance, safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, budgets, and reporting. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management while partnering with senior leadership on strategy and operational improvements.

Supports company departments through data entry, record maintenance, customer service, and dispatch coordination. Answers customer calls, schedules service and emergency appointments, monitors technician routes and job status in ServiceTitan, manages vendor invoices and purchase orders, generates client invoices, and documents clear service notes for technicians and leadership. Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ServiceTitan experience is preferred.

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for HVAC, plumbing, and support roles across multiple states. Develop pipelines for skilled trades, manage ATS workflows, partner with hiring managers, optimize time-to-fill, support onboarding and acquisitions, and report recruiting metrics to drive aggressive growth targets.

Maintain payment records, reconcile deposits and vendor accounts, post and export transactions from ServiceTitan to Sage Intacct, manage accounts payable/credit card activity, file monthly Connecticut sales tax, support audits, assist HR/payroll and dispatch tasks, manage office supplies and company vehicle issuance, and perform other accounting and administrative duties.

Perform in-home energy assessments, recommend and sell insulation and efficiency improvements, educate homeowners on rebates, coordinate installations, maintain records in ServiceTitan, and meet sales targets.
