Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for HVAC, plumbing, and support roles across multiple states. Build pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled-trades positions, manage onboarding, optimize time-to-fill, leverage ATS/HRIS, partner with hiring managers, and report recruiting metrics while supporting multi-site growth.

Perform in-home energy assessments, recommend and sell insulation and efficiency improvements, educate homeowners on rebates, coordinate installations, maintain records in ServiceTitan, and meet sales targets.

Serve as first point of contact for customers: answer calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, respond to inquiries, maintain customer records, perform general office administrative tasks, and support the office team.
