Support athletics communications by writing press releases and feature stories; maintain the athletics website and archives; assist with media days, gameday operations (programs, statistics, live-streaming, photography/videography); create and manage social media content; participate in athletics operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Teach undergraduate electrical engineering and physics courses (digital/analog circuits, IC design, semiconductor devices, electronic materials); advise and mentor students; supervise capstone and summer research; pursue semiconductor-focused research and collaborate with local industry partners (e.g., Micron) to grow interdisciplinary research aligned with CHIPS Act goals.

Lead external relations, fundraising, sponsorship sales, ticketing, and event coordination for NNU Athletics. Build community and business partnerships, oversee promotional game-day initiatives, support booster club and donor relations, collaborate with university offices, and manage athletics fundraising events.

Lead campus conference and event operations: scheduling, contracts, budgeting, facility and equipment oversight, staffing (students/staff/volunteers), box office and audience services, interdepartmental coordination for major university events, and recommending facility improvements. Provide client relations, training, and ensure mission fit for external rentals while working evenings/weekends as needed.

Lead and oversee university enrollment functions (undergraduate, graduate, retention, enrollment technologies, multicultural engagement). Develop recruitment and retention strategies, manage budgets and staff, implement CRM (Slate), set metrics, collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to increase enrollment and student persistence.

Provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for all nursing programs (BSN, MSN, FNP, DNP). Oversee curriculum, accreditation, faculty recruitment and development, student success, budgeting, and external partnerships while aligning programs with institutional mission and regulatory standards.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for Intercollegiate Athletics, manage hiring/onboarding processes, prepare NCAA paperwork, develop and file contracts, monitor budgets and deposits, coordinate events, handle ticketing and facilities requests, and collaborate with campus offices.

Lead technical administration and strategic configuration of the Canvas LMS and related instructional technologies. Manage system architecture, integrations, data workflows, reporting, reliability, security, and compliance. Partner with TLC, IT, vendors, and academic units to sustain a scalable digital learning environment and provide instructional-technology consultation to faculty and staff.
