Supports faculty through instructional coaching, classroom observation, consultation, and professional development. Guides course design, learning outcomes, assessment alignment, accessibility, active learning, and Christian faith integration. Helps faculty select Canvas, artificial intelligence, and interactive learning technologies. Collaborates on faculty development initiatives, responds to instructional support requests, supervises technical assistants, and coordinates course-improvement projects.

Lead and oversee university enrollment functions (undergraduate, graduate, retention, enrollment technologies, multicultural engagement). Develop recruitment and retention strategies, manage budgets and staff, implement CRM (Slate), set metrics, collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to increase enrollment and student persistence.

Provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for all nursing programs (BSN, MSN, FNP, DNP). Oversee curriculum, accreditation, faculty recruitment and development, student success, budgeting, and external partnerships while aligning programs with institutional mission and regulatory standards.

Teach undergraduate electrical engineering and physics courses (digital/analog circuits, IC design, semiconductor devices, electronic materials); advise and mentor students; supervise capstone and summer research; pursue semiconductor-focused research and collaborate with local industry partners (e.g., Micron) to grow interdisciplinary research aligned with CHIPS Act goals.
