Support NCAA and GNAC compliance by monitoring eligibility, amateurism, academic and recruiting rules; use NCAA Compliance Assistant and other compliance software for documentation; prepare eligibility lists, national letters of intent, financial aid agreements, waivers; educate students, coaches, and staff on NCAA rules; assist with required reporting.

Lead technical administration and strategic configuration of the Canvas LMS and related instructional technologies. Manage system architecture, integrations, data workflows, reporting, reliability, security, and compliance. Partner with TLC, IT, vendors, and academic units to sustain a scalable digital learning environment and provide instructional-technology consultation to faculty and staff.

Support athletics communications by writing press releases and feature stories; maintain the athletics website and archives; assist with media days, gameday operations (programs, statistics, live-streaming, photography/videography); create and manage social media content; participate in athletics operations and perform other duties as assigned.
