The role manages clinical outcomes, productivity, profitability, policies, audits, risk management, and organizational initiatives while liaising with leadership, providers, community partners, and external healthcare networks.

Administer benefits and process semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain HRIS and personnel records, support onboarding, employee relations, leave tracking, audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders: manage calendars, screen communications, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and documents, maintain records and files, perform research, ensure HIPAA compliance, and perform other office organizational duties.
