Leads clinical operations and quality improvement across medical clinics, overseeing Regional Center Administrators, patient safety, regulatory compliance, accreditation, EHR optimization, data integrity, performance reporting, and interdisciplinary teams. The role manages clinical outcomes, productivity, profitability, policies, audits, risk management, and organizational initiatives while liaising with leadership, providers, community partners, and external healthcare networks.

Administer benefits and process semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain HRIS and personnel records, support onboarding, employee relations, leave tracking, audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders: manage calendars, screen communications, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and documents, maintain records and files, perform research, ensure HIPAA compliance, and perform other office organizational duties.
