Jobs at Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA)

Leads accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management for a nonprofit with an approximately $50 million budget. Manages and develops a two-person accounting team, partners with executives and program leaders, supports board and funder reporting, and drives improvements involving Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and reporting systems.

Provide quantitative forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to inform energy-efficiency program design and investment. Develop and maintain analytical models, manage data quality, document methods and assumptions, present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support biannual reporting, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating across program, research, and evaluation teams.

Support NEEA Contracts/Legal Team by administering high-volume contracts: review and draft contract requirements, manage vendor vetting, ensure accurate SharePoint and financial system records, perform quality control, triage technical contracting issues, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document processes, recommend improvements, and provide training and reporting on contract KPIs.

Lead development and implementation of codes and standards strategies to improve appliance, equipment, and building energy efficiency in the Northwest. Conduct technical and market analyses, prepare technical proposals and documentation, represent NEEA in regulatory and stakeholder forums, and coordinate with product managers and partners to align codes activities with market transformation objectives.
