Support day-to-day program activities including meeting logistics, tracking deliverables in Asana, managing SharePoint sites, coordinating workstreams, creating materials and dashboards, and serving as point-of-contact for Salesforce entries. Provide advanced program support such as work plans, budget/financial tracking, contract coordination, and stakeholder communications while championing NEEA tools and best practices.

Support NEEA Contracts/Legal Team by administering high-volume contracts: review and draft contract requirements, manage vendor vetting, ensure accurate SharePoint and financial system records, perform quality control, triage technical contracting issues, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document processes, recommend improvements, and provide training and reporting on contract KPIs.

Lead and execute corporate, stakeholder, and executive communications across internal and external channels. Produce written and visual content, manage projects and budgets, coordinate cross-functional alignment, support executive speaking and events, maintain external communications calendar, and manage contractors and stakeholder relationships to advance organizational priorities and reporting.

Lead development and implementation of codes and standards strategies to improve appliance, equipment, and building energy efficiency in the Northwest. Conduct technical and market analyses, prepare technical proposals and documentation, represent NEEA in regulatory and stakeholder forums, and coordinate with product managers and partners to align codes activities with market transformation objectives.

Provide quantitative forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to inform energy-efficiency program design and investment. Develop and maintain analytical models, manage data quality, document methods and assumptions, present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support biannual reporting, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating across program, research, and evaluation teams.
