Teams at Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA)

Support day-to-day program activities including meeting logistics, tracking deliverables in Asana, managing SharePoint sites, coordinating workstreams, creating materials and dashboards, and serving as point-of-contact for Salesforce entries. Provide advanced program support such as work plans, budget/financial tracking, contract coordination, and stakeholder communications while championing NEEA tools and best practices.

Provide high-volume contract drafting, negotiation, review, and administration for NEEA. Advise contract owners, manage RFPs/templates, ensure compliance with data confidentiality and funding requirements, resolve legal issues, train staff, and support Corporate Counsel on complex matters in a hybrid Portland-based role.

Lead and execute corporate, stakeholder, and executive communications across internal and external channels. Produce written and visual content, manage projects and budgets, coordinate cross-functional alignment, support executive speaking and events, maintain external communications calendar, and manage contractors and stakeholder relationships to advance organizational priorities and reporting.
