Lead volunteer engagement and program coordination at the Northwest Community Center: recruit, onboard, and steward volunteers; run events, internships, workshops, and resource distribution; manage social media, newsletters, and volunteer database; build community partnerships and evaluate ministry efforts; report to the Refugee Ministry Director.

Support the Communications Director by managing Asana, Mailchimp, and comm channels; coordinate Sunday worship communications, vendor relations, volunteer trainings, and internal workflows; track and report metrics; proofread materials; distribute weekly communications plans; train staff on processes.

Lead the Connecting ministry to design and run pathways from first-time guests to engaged members. Oversee guest services, follow-up (PCO workflows), connection events, membership classes, volunteer recruitment/training, Sunday Experience planning, budget assistance, and collaborate with the Group Life team.
