Lead reliability for fielded and in-production RF electronic warfare systems: perform MTBF/MTTF predictions, FMEA/FMECA, environmental and accelerated testing, root-cause/failure analysis, FRACAS-driven corrective actions, derating and sustainment planning, reliability growth modeling, and mentor junior engineers to improve production and field reliability per military standards.

Design, automate, secure, and operate cloud-native Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical, DDIL-capable RF systems. Lead OTA deployments, build hardened container images, integrate automated security scanning, tune cluster performance, maintain runbooks and compliance, and collaborate with dev/ops/security teams while supporting high-availability AWS IL-6 environments.

Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure, automate deployments, manage PostgreSQL and Linux systems, integrate applications with infrastructure, monitor and troubleshoot production, and improve processes for scalability and reliability.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage inventory and government property, maintain documentation (DD forms, BOMs), support RMAs, inspect products, track component failures, and collaborate with production and field teams to ensure timely deliveries, ITAR compliance, and continuous process improvements.
