Collaborate with program leadership, scheduling, risk, and IPT teams to align cost and schedule strategies. Mentor junior analysts and conduct EAC and ETC assessments. Lead or support a potential transition to full EVMS implementation and certification, including baseline development, variance analysis, and compliant reporting.

Design, automate, secure, deploy, and monitor OTA software to globally fielded systems in DDIL environments. Manage containerization (Docker), Kubernetes clusters, Linux servers, networking (routing, VLANs, Cisco), automation (Bash/Python/Ansible), backups, disaster recovery, and network security to increase fleet availability and reduce field service travel.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software for defense and intelligence missions. Integrate systems, perform code reviews, document functionality, build DevSecOps pipelines, and apply research-to-production techniques within Agile teams.
