Lead or support a potential transition to full EVMS implementation and certification, including baseline development, variance analysis, and compliant reporting.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software for defense and intelligence missions. Integrate systems, perform code reviews, document functionality, build DevSecOps pipelines, and apply research-to-production techniques within Agile teams.

Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure, automate deployments, manage PostgreSQL and Linux systems, integrate applications with infrastructure, monitor and troubleshoot production, and improve processes for scalability and reliability.
