Serves as the front-office representative for a K–4 campus by greeting visitors, managing check-in and access procedures, handling attendance and communications, coordinating emergency and routine office needs, supporting campus safety accountability, assisting with carpool and summer office coverage, and backing up the school nurse.

Provides emergency and non-emergency nursing care to students, faculty, and staff when the school nurse is absent. Monitors individuals with chronic diseases and disabilities, follows care plans and medical orders, documents services, and complies with school health policies, regulations, and privacy guidelines. This is an on-call, part-time substitute role assigned according to operational needs.

Lead launch and day-to-day operations of a new K–12 charter school: recruit and coach faculty, build systems and culture rooted in classical education, ensure academic excellence and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and community relations, and represent the school to stakeholders.
