Coordinate student enrollment, lottery, registration, re-enrollment, and related family communications. Manage waitlists and student records in SchoolMint and Infinite Campus, produce enrollment reports, verify residency documentation, request and transmit transcripts, and support onboarding and standardized testing activities. The role also plans parent information sessions and community outreach events while maintaining accurate physical and computerized student files.

Provides on-call nursing coverage for students, faculty, and staff when the school nurse is absent. Delivers and documents emergency and routine care, manages students with chronic conditions and disabilities according to care plans, and follows school health policies, regulations, and privacy requirements.

Lead launch and day-to-day operations of a new K–12 charter school: recruit and coach faculty, build systems and culture rooted in classical education, ensure academic excellence and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and community relations, and represent the school to stakeholders.
