Manage day-to-day operations of a 242-unit multifamily community, supervise onsite staff and vendors, enforce policies, oversee budgets and profitability, handle leasing/marketing, and ensure high resident service levels.

Lead revenue and expense management for a multifamily portfolio, build scalable processes, oversee pricing, budgeting, forecasts, and ancillary revenue. Manage and develop analysts, drive BI adoption, support acquisitions due diligence, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit financial targets.

Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations: enforce policies, supervise leasing and maintenance staff in manager's absence, oversee rent collection and delinquency, assist with budgeting and cost control, handle resident concerns, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Lead operations at multiple multifamily communities on temporary assignments (3–18 months) to execute turnaround and value-add plans. Drive leasing, financial management, team recruitment and development, regulatory compliance, resident relations, and performance improvements through hands-on leadership and on-site presence.

Lead marketing strategy for a portfolio of multifamily communities: develop property-specific plans, optimize digital presence and budgets (SEO/PPC/ILS), analyze performance data, manage vendors and creative projects, and partner with operations and asset teams to drive leasing, occupancy, and measurable acquisition results.
