Supports the Community Manager with daily apartment community operations, including policy compliance, staff supervision, leasing and maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency oversight, budgeting, profitability, vendor and resident relations, and resolution of escalated concerns. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with occasional travel, weekend work, and outdoor property duties.

Oversee daily operations of a 288-unit apartment community, including staff and vendor supervision, policy compliance, budgeting, profitability, cost control, leasing, marketing, and resident service. The Community Manager handles escalated concerns, legal and financial deadlines, competitive market awareness, and overall community performance while maintaining professional relationships with residents, vendors, and guests.

Supports daily operations of a 276-unit residential community, including policy compliance, leasing and maintenance staff supervision, rent collection, delinquency management, budgeting, cost control, profitability, and resident concern resolution. Collaborates with the Community Manager, residents, vendors, and guests while maintaining high customer service standards. May work weekends, travel to other properties or training, operate a golf cart, and perform physical tasks in varied weather conditions.
