Supports daily operations of a 416-unit residential community, including policy compliance, leasing and maintenance staff supervision, rent collection, delinquency oversight, budgeting, profitability, cost control, and resident concern resolution. Collaborates with the Community Manager and maintains professional relationships with residents, vendors, and guests. The role may include weekend work, travel to other properties or training, and operating a golf cart.

Oversee daily operations for a 301-unit apartment community, including staff and vendor supervision, policy compliance, legal and financial deadlines, profitability, cost control, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and resident service. The role manages escalated concerns, supports community promotion, monitors competitive market trends, and maintains professional relationships with residents, guests, and vendors.

Support the Community Manager with daily operations, leasing oversight, rent collection and delinquency, staff supervision in managers absence, budget and cost-control responsibilities, resident relations, and enforcing company policies.
