Leads an embedded enterprise security program, serving as the primary customer and company liaison. Manages multidisciplinary teams, resources, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, risks, reporting, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Develops team members, oversees service quality, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates stakeholders, suppliers, and global delivery teams. Requires expertise in physical security systems, enterprise customer relationships, program financial management, and technical service delivery. Travel to customer and team sites is required.

Prepare month-end journals, management accounts, reconciliations, VAT returns, fixed asset records, and financial reporting. Maintain general ledger accuracy, investigate variances, support audits, coordinate VAT reclaims, improve accounting controls and processes, and contribute to global Finance projects. The role requires collaboration with international teams and guidance of Finance colleagues while working from the Chennai office.

Manage security integration projects valued at $1.5M–$3M from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, client relationships, project reporting, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with weekly onsite presence in Reston, Virginia.
