Support financial reporting, project cost control, and month-end close. Maintain ledgers, process AR invoices/credit notes, reconcile accounts, analyse project costs versus budgets, assist audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and support the Finance Manager with management accounting and margin analysis.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining employee records in Paycom and internal systems, monitoring HR inbox, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, tracking training and certifications, supporting safety and compliance documentation, assisting with background checks and I-9 verification, and partnering with global HR colleagues on processes and special projects.

Lead and mentor an Application Engineering team to deliver integrated enterprise security solutions. Provide technical oversight for system architecture, server/database configuration, testing, commissioning, and optimization while partnering with project, design, and operations teams. Manage resource planning, review RFP/RFIs, support estimating, promote continuous improvement, and ensure health & safety and high customer satisfaction.
