Provide clinical and operational leadership supporting the Clinic Manager and operations team. Supervise front-end and clinical support staff, manage hiring, training, scheduling, performance, and budgets; ensure policy adherence, audit processes, maintain supplies, and support clinic initiatives while performing clinical duties as needed.

Manage day-to-day clinical operations for psychiatric services across in-person and telehealth settings. Develop policies, training, staffing plans, quality improvement, reporting for grants and state tracking, care coordination, EHR proficiency, budgeting, audits, and community outreach while supporting integrated service delivery and site coverage.

Provide high-quality primary care: examine, diagnose, and treat patients; order and interpret tests; prescribe medications; promote prevention and healthy habits; collaborate with clinical team; document records; provide telehealth as needed and follow infection-control protocols.
