Provide daily transportation for clients to/from the Wellness Center and occasional community events, maintain vehicle condition and confidentiality, perform timely pickups/drop-offs, handle office mail, attend meetings, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.

Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults, adolescents, and children. Prescribe and adjust maintenance medications at least every 90 days, document care in Carelogic, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consult with staff, support the Psychiatric CRNP, attend meetings, and review clinical documentation across mental health and D&A programs.
