Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnostic testing, treatment, wound care, immunizations, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, records management, emergency transport coordination, worker’s compensation support, safety training, and emergency response team mentorship. The role requires independent clinical judgment in extreme conditions and 24-hour emergency availability during a 22-days-on, 20-days-off rotation.

Leads reliability engineering, condition monitoring, predictive and preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and capital projects at a remote mining operation. Responsibilities include improving equipment availability, reducing maintenance costs, conducting failure analysis, analyzing reliability data, managing project scope, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendors, and mentoring engineering and reliability personnel while maintaining safety and MSHA compliance.

Two-year graduate program applying metallurgy and materials or chemistry education in a remote gold-processing operation.
