The role works on a 21-days-on, 21-days-off rotational schedule at a remote Alaska mine site and requires engineering or equivalent experience, underground operations exposure, communication skills, computer literacy, and a driver’s license.

Two-year graduate program applying metallurgy and materials or chemistry education in a remote gold-processing operation. The role develops expertise in grinding, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching, and filtering while providing exposure to operations, maintenance, and mining departments. Responsibilities include completing metallurgical duties, analyzing process data, solving problems, communicating effectively, and working independently on a rotating onsite schedule.
