As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you provide assessments, crisis stabilization, de-escalation techniques, and follow-up services to individuals in psychiatric crises, coordinating community resources and evaluating crisis prevention plans.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration and management, treatment planning, clinical documentation, coordination with healthcare providers, medication organization and distribution, and participation in team meetings. The role operates onsite and in the community and requires collaboration with nurse practitioners, practical nurses, and treatment staff.

Provides administrative coordination for an Assertive Community Treatment program, managing referrals, intakes, discharges, medical records, billing reports, insurance eligibility, audits, scheduling, data tracking, budgets, and communication. Maintains provider contacts, office supplies, vehicle readiness, and program documentation. Supports participant and visitor safety, triages phone calls, coordinates psychiatric appointments, and accompanies staff in the community when safety concerns arise.
