Provides psychiatric and medical nursing care to patients in an Assertive Community Treatment program. Provide short-term crisis assessment, stabilization, and counseling for youth in a crisis residence. Develop individualized crisis treatment and safety plans, coordinate case management and community linkages, facilitate tele-mental health and family meetings, document care, provide brief follow-up after discharge, train residential staff, and rotate coverage for program needs.

Provide on-site security and crisis response for residential programs, enforce policies and behavior plans, coordinate missing-person responses, approve off-campus trips, transport clients for essential needs, document incidents, communicate with families/guardians, and train/support staff.
