Supports construction projects by coordinating procurement, subcontractor and vendor documentation, deliveries, budgets, production tracking, reporting, jobsite paperwork, utility locate tickets, customer updates, progress photos, and project closeout packages. Maintains accurate records and communicates cost overruns or project issues to project managers to help ensure safe, compliant, on-time, and budget-conscious project completion.

Assist project managers by procuring materials, subcontractors, and equipment; maintain project budgets and records; track production, invoices, and 811 locate tickets; organize jobsite paperwork, progress photos, and customer updates; ensure subcontractor onboarding (COI, W-9) and prepare complete closeout packages to support timely payments and safe, compliant jobsite operations.

Develops and delivers training programs for utility locators, conducts field and classroom training, performs audits to ensure compliance and safety, documents findings, and implements corrective actions to improve locating quality and adherence to regulations.

Support planning, design, and implementation of outside plant (OSP) fiber optic projects. Assist with network design, estimates, permitting, site surveys, construction monitoring, project coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication while developing technical and project management skills through mentorship.

Install underground utilities (stormwater, sanitary, water mains) by preparing trenches, aligning and joining pipes, operating/assisting heavy equipment, maintaining safety and quality, and collaborating with foremen and crew to complete site infrastructure work.

Support the Safety Manager by implementing and coordinating safety programs, conducting audits and inspections, tracking metrics, assisting incident follow-up, maintaining documentation, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and company policies. Provide training support, emergency response planning, and field audits in varied conditions.

Operate and transport vertical drilling rigs and materials for foundation installation projects. Maintain safe sites, inspect equipment, unload/load materials, mentor teammates, and work flexible, travel-heavy schedules in varied weather.
