Owns HubSpot CRM administration, revenue data governance, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and quote-to-cash process improvement. Integrates CRM with billing and finance systems, builds dashboards and pipeline coverage models, supports revenue reporting, and drives commercial team adoption. The role partners with Contracts and Finance to improve data quality, forecast accuracy, reconciliation efficiency, and visibility across long-cycle GPU cloud and colocation deals.

Owns group liquidity, cash management, FX exposure, payment processes, forecasting, working capital, banking structures, and treasury reporting. The role optimizes the Treasury Management System, improves automation and controls, partners with Finance and BI teams on Power BI reporting, manages treasury projects, and mentors a Treasury Analyst in a multinational, high-growth environment.

Leads a team responsible for the reliability, performance, and availability of GPU-accelerated HPC infrastructure. Oversees monitoring, incident and problem management, root cause analysis, automation, documentation, change management, and operational metrics. Owns Agile delivery practices, backlog alignment, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement. Acts as an escalation point during major incidents while managing team development, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and third-party support relationships.
