Administer and optimize enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Coursedog); manage configurations, integrations, security, and tenant environments; lead implementations and upgrades; coordinate incident response; document systems; mentor users; ensure data governance, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Manage year-round class scheduling, curriculum updates, compliance reporting, and student records. Coordinate faculty assignments, events, travel, marketing outreach, grant monitoring, and student support to promote enrollment, retention, and regulatory compliance.
