Provide instructional leadership for the College of Nursing by translating strategic priorities into practice, leading faculty hiring/evaluation/coaching, ensuring accreditation compliance, overseeing program review and assessment, managing resources and scheduling, supporting student conduct and safety, and engaging with college and community stakeholders to advance teaching excellence and student success.

Serve as an instructional leader under the academic dean to advance teaching excellence, oversee faculty hiring/evaluation/coaching, ensure curriculum alignment and assessment, manage program review and accreditation compliance, allocate resources and scheduling, support student conduct and safe learning environments, and engage with college and community stakeholders to align academic programs with regional needs.
