Provide instructional leadership for the College of Business, Communication & Social Sciences by overseeing faculty hiring, evaluation, coaching, program review, assessment, accreditation compliance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to advance teaching excellence and student learning across locations and modalities.

Provide instructional leadership for the College of Nursing by translating strategic priorities into practice, leading faculty hiring/evaluation/coaching, ensuring accreditation compliance, overseeing program review and assessment, managing resources and scheduling, supporting student conduct and safety, and engaging with college and community stakeholders to advance teaching excellence and student success.
