Provide nursing case management and patient education at an LA Family Housing facility. Coordinate care with clinicians and administrators, maintain documentation in EHRs, perform patient communication and triage, and support behavioral health and chronic disease management. Ensure CPR certification and confidentiality, and demonstrate bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Collects and processes patient specimens, documents activities, monitors supplies, and ensures regulatory compliance. Performs specimen receiving, centrifuging, labeling, logging, sorting and racking. Maintains confidentiality, professional demeanor, CPR certification, bilingual communication, and proficiency with the electronic health record.

Manage and monitor all business office operations for a health center, supervise business office staff, oversee billing/collections (Medi-Cal, Medicare), ensure accurate registration and records, and act in absence of clinic administrators to supervise entire health center operations.
