Leads and supports residential service programs by guiding Program and House Managers, resolving staffing and operational challenges, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and ensuring employees and supported individuals have necessary resources. The role involves independent leadership, travel between assigned programs, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Lead a residential home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee daily living, staff management, documentation, medication logging, safety, scheduling, audits, communication with stakeholders, and provide on-call coverage including nights and weekends.

Oversee medical care for residential service recipients, develop agency medical policies, provide mandated clinical trainings (CRMA, CPR, DEBB), perform site and med-cart audits, collaborate with providers/pharmacies, support admissions, and serve as after-hours clinical escalation and infection prevention lead.
