Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance for residential and Shared Living programs. Conduct audits, review client records, monitor MaineCare and licensing requirements, develop corrective action plans, support investigations, update policies, and prepare programs for regulatory reviews. Provide coaching to staff and providers, manage authorizations and billing tasks, support Lifespan Waiver implementation, attend leadership meetings, travel to program sites, and participate in rotational on-call coverage.

Reviews ISP notes, service documentation, schedules, and program records for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with service plans and authorized hours. Identifies inconsistencies, coordinates corrections with Program Managers and DSPs, tracks documentation trends, supports compliance reviews and audit readiness, and contributes to quality improvement across residential services.

Leads and supports residential service programs by guiding Program and House Managers, resolving staffing and operational challenges, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and ensuring employees and supported individuals have necessary resources. The role involves independent leadership, travel between assigned programs, and participation in an on-call rotation.
