The Senior Associate General Counsel I provides legal advice on healthcare matters, negotiating contracts, and regulatory compliance for Northeast Georgia Health System.

Coordinate gratitude-focused events and stewardship initiatives for the Foundation; manage donor database entries and reporting; support event planning, volunteer and vendor relations; capture and curate donor/patient stories; assist donor acknowledgments and volunteer appreciation; collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote philanthropy and engagement.

Designs, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates security training and competency programs for security officers and staff. Develops lesson plans, simulations, drills, and tracking systems; maintains training records; partners with leaders and clinical teams to assess needs and close competency gaps; coaches staff; supports emergency preparedness exercises; manages security equipment inventory; and updates curriculum based on incident trends and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe, secure healthcare environment.

Manage day-to-day security operations across Southern Market hospitals, including staffing, training, policy review, incident investigations, risk assessments, and security systems management.
