Lead revenue integrity initiatives by auditing charge capture and CDM, ensuring CMS/payer compliance, analyzing reimbursement impact, developing corrective actions, training clinical teams, and delivering dashboards and recommendations to optimize revenue.

Manage Foothills AHEC office and provide financial administrative support including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, audit documentation, grant and reimbursement reporting, database entry, board meeting logistics, and program support. Coordinate student housing logistics and RN Re-entry candidate tracking while performing administrative tasks and customer service.

Provides direct bedside nursing care for a variety of patients; coordinates interdisciplinary care, documents in EMR, participates in quality initiatives, supports shared governance, and develops clinical skills with mentorship.
