Manages daily operations for outpatient diagnostic imaging clinics, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, service agreements, equipment maintenance, accreditation, compliance, budgets, quality control, and performance improvement. Leads hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, financial monitoring, productivity initiatives, and coordination with radiologists, physicians, and billing staff. Ensures timely, high-quality patient exams and maintains readiness for DNV, ACR, FDA, MQSA, and state requirements.

Provides system-level support for revenue cycle applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, reporting, training, troubleshooting, and production support. Translates revenue cycle workflows and user needs into application requirements, configurations, and system enhancements. Partners with users, technical teams, vendors, and project managers on implementations and upgrades. Leads small projects, supports regulatory compliance, develops training materials, facilitates reporting, and provides on-call support.

Greets patients, visitors, employees, and callers; provides hospital information, directions, and assistance; communicates service delays; maintains paging and information systems; supports minor patient and family requests; keeps the lobby and information desk orderly; and may escort patients by wheelchair.
