Provide 1:1 support to college students with developmental disabilities, assisting with academics, independence, campus resources, skill-building lessons, employment readiness, documentation, and collaboration with families and campus staff.

Supervises participants in a community-based day and work support program, evaluates progress and interests, develops individualized goals, maintains required HCSIS documentation, coordinates participant teams, and provides coaching at volunteer placements. The role also supervises case managers, provides transportation, attends meetings and training, and supports participant skill development and program outcomes.

Leads and expands year-round adaptive sports, recreation, fitness, arts, therapeutic, social, and Special Olympics programs for individuals with disabilities. Collaborates with families, schools, nonprofits, and recreation organizations to promote inclusion and sustainable programming.

Provides strategic, fiscal, and operational leadership for multiple disability and family support centers. Oversees program directors and specialists, program growth, community engagement, DDS partnerships, contract compliance, financial analysis, database management, policies, strategic planning, and process improvement. The role supports person-centered services for individuals and families affected by autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities, while representing the organization at community and professional events.

Provide supervision, training, and skill development to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Oversee caseloads, create individual goals, maintain documentation (daily data, progress notes, HCSIS), arrange volunteer placements, transport participants, and complete required trainings.

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of healthcare for residents in community homes. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and maintain medical and nursing care plans, manage admissions/discharges, document encounters, and serve as liaison/advocate. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise LPNs, deliver and coordinate clinical trainings, and ensure regulatory and ISP timelines are met.

Provide hands-on direct care and skills training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Day Habilitation setting. Implement individualized Day Hab plans, assist with personal care (toileting, mealtime, showering, dressing, Hoyer lifts), document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and community engagement.

Deliver and lead community-based recreational programs and events for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Assist program planning, supervise volunteers, communicate with participants and families, document incidents and mandated reports, and support Recreation Manager and Director in program development and delivery.

Lead operational oversight for three social enterprises (shredding, caning, transportation). Ensure regulatory compliance, financial health, business development, staffing, training, and performance improvements to balance mission outcomes with sustainable operations.

Lead clinical operations for home health services, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance (including CMS Conditions of Participation). Oversee Clinical Managers and Schedulers, develop policy, design programs and budgets, negotiate contracts, build external relationships, and serve on senior leadership to advance quality, safety, and strategic planning.

Deliver and manage community-based recreation programs and events for individuals served by Northeast Arc. Assist Recreation Manager and Lead in program delivery, volunteer supervision, incident documentation and mandated reporting, participant/family communications, and contribute to program development and implementation.
