Deliver and lead community-based recreational programs and events for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Assist program planning, supervise volunteers, communicate with participants and families, document incidents and mandated reports, and support Recreation Manager and Director in program development and delivery.

Provide hands-on residential supports to individuals with disabilities, supervise and train DSPs, administer medications per MAPs, document health and incident records, facilitate community integration and skill-building, support appointments and crisis intervention, and assist with home and vehicle maintenance and financial recordkeeping.

Deliver and manage community-based recreation programs and events for individuals served by Northeast Arc. Assist Recreation Manager and Lead in program delivery, volunteer supervision, incident documentation and mandated reporting, participant/family communications, and contribute to program development and implementation.

Provide supervision, skill development, and community-based supports for program participants. Manage caseload, complete assessments and HCSIS documentation, facilitate activities, and perform daily transportation duties.

Provide person-centered outreach and 1:1 navigation to connect families with community supports, build and map local resource partnerships, and complete required DDS reporting to track family engagement.

Provide 1:1 support to college students with developmental disabilities, assisting with academics, independence, campus resources, skill-building lessons, employment readiness, documentation, and collaboration with families and campus staff.

Lead and mentor a nursing team providing home-based care; oversee documentation (OASIS, 485s), staffing, care plans, QAPI, staff education, on-call support, and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and physicians.

Administer day-to-day benefits operations and manage all leave programs (FMLA, PFML, ADA, personal/intermittent). Serve as primary contact for leave and benefits inquiries, guide employees through processes, maintain compliant records, monitor absences and RTW dates, generate usage reports, and support special projects.

Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, vendor recordkeeping, and compliance. Lead and train a small AP team, manage vendor relationships and reconciliations, support audits and 1099 processing, identify process automation opportunities, and assist month-end/year-end close and capital project invoice tracking.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Produce management reports, dashboards, and month-end packages. Provide financial oversight of government and state contracts, monitor reimbursement and utilization, translate financial insights for leadership, and partner with Controller and CFO to align financial plans with actuals and manage risk.

Provide 1:1 community-based support to college students with autism, helping with academic planning, campus resource navigation, life and social skills, employment readiness, documentation, and collaboration with families and providers to promote independence and success.
