Provides residential support to adults with developmental disabilities, assists with daily home operations, supervises and trains direct support staff, administers medications, supports medical appointments, completes required documentation, manages household and individual finances, maintains vehicles and facilities, and responds to behavioral or medical crises.

Provides customer service in a retail storefront by assisting with merchandise selection, processing POS transactions, replenishing inventory, organizing displays, monitoring merchandise, and supporting store opening and closing. The role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability, independent work, accurate cash handling, and commitment to an inclusive customer experience.

Provide supervision, training, and skill development to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Oversee caseloads, create individual goals, maintain documentation (daily data, progress notes, HCSIS), arrange volunteer placements, transport participants, and complete required trainings.

Provides hands-on direct care, skills training, personal assistance, and therapeutic activity support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a person-centered day habilitation setting. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, documents participant progress, communicates individual needs, and promotes independence through individualized activities and community engagement.

Supports organization-wide quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Monitors regulatory, accreditation, and agency compliance; collects, analyzes, and reports clinical and operational data; conducts audits; identifies trends and improvement opportunities; develops recommendations and corrective action plans; monitors implementation; and promotes survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Supervises participants in a community-based day and work support program, evaluates progress and interests, develops individualized goals, maintains required HCSIS documentation, coordinates participant teams, and provides coaching at volunteer placements. The role also supervises case managers, provides transportation, attends meetings and training, and supports participant skill development and program outcomes.

Leads and expands year-round adaptive sports, recreation, fitness, arts, therapeutic, social, and Special Olympics programs for individuals with disabilities. Oversees budgets, intake, accommodations, safety planning, staff and volunteer development, compliance, performance measurement, funding support, and community partnerships. Collaborates with families, schools, nonprofits, and recreation organizations to promote inclusion and sustainable programming.

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of healthcare for residents in community homes. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and maintain medical and nursing care plans, manage admissions/discharges, document encounters, and serve as liaison/advocate. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise LPNs, deliver and coordinate clinical trainings, and ensure regulatory and ISP timelines are met.

Provide 1:1 community-based support to college students with autism, helping with academic planning, campus resource navigation, life and social skills, employment readiness, documentation, and collaboration with families and providers to promote independence and success.

Deliver and lead community-based recreational programs and events for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Assist program planning, supervise volunteers, communicate with participants and families, document incidents and mandated reports, and support Recreation Manager and Director in program development and delivery.

Lead operational oversight for three social enterprises (shredding, caning, transportation). Ensure regulatory compliance, financial health, business development, staffing, training, and performance improvements to balance mission outcomes with sustainable operations.

Lead clinical operations for home health services, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance (including CMS Conditions of Participation). Oversee Clinical Managers and Schedulers, develop policy, design programs and budgets, negotiate contracts, build external relationships, and serve on senior leadership to advance quality, safety, and strategic planning.

Deliver and manage community-based recreation programs and events for individuals served by Northeast Arc. Assist Recreation Manager and Lead in program delivery, volunteer supervision, incident documentation and mandated reporting, participant/family communications, and contribute to program development and implementation.
