Lead business operations for three mission-driven social enterprises within Community Employment Services. Oversee staff, service quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, sales, marketing, customer growth, pricing, productivity, and business development. Support employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while maintaining operational and financial sustainability. The role also manages compliance with DDS, Department of Labor, accreditation, confidentiality, security, and industry requirements.
