Teams at Northeast Arc

Provide 1:1 support to college students with developmental disabilities, assisting with academics, independence, campus resources, skill-building lessons, employment readiness, documentation, and collaboration with families and campus staff.

Supervises participants in a community-based day and work support program, evaluates progress and interests, develops individualized goals, maintains required HCSIS documentation, coordinates participant teams, and provides coaching at volunteer placements. The role also supervises case managers, provides transportation, attends meetings and training, and supports participant skill development and program outcomes.

Leads and expands year-round adaptive sports, recreation, fitness, arts, therapeutic, social, and Special Olympics programs for individuals with disabilities. Oversees budgets, intake, accommodations, safety planning, staff and volunteer development, compliance, performance measurement, funding support, and community partnerships. Collaborates with families, schools, nonprofits, and recreation organizations to promote inclusion and sustainable programming.
