Teams at Northeast Arc

Support division-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Monitor budget-to-actuals, analyze revenue, payroll, utilization and cost trends, partner with leaders to communicate financial insights, and support fiscal accountability across assigned service divisions and support centers.

Provide person-centered outreach and 1:1 navigation to connect families with community supports, build and map local resource partnerships, and complete required DDS reporting to track family engagement.

Deliver and manage community-based recreation programs and events for individuals served by Northeast Arc. Assist Recreation Manager and Lead in program delivery, volunteer supervision, incident documentation and mandated reporting, participant/family communications, and contribute to program development and implementation.
