Leads Salesforce project delivery for DoD customers from kickoff through deployment and sustainment. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, contract deliverables, Agile ceremonies, change requests, release planning, testing, and go-live activities. The role also supports junior developers and requires attention to CUI protection, sharing rules, field-level security, and ATO documentation.

Build and configure Salesforce solutions for Department of Defense customers using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. Fix defects, complete user stories, write unit tests, maintain code coverage, configure Salesforce objects and workflows, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, manage deployments with Git and CI/CD, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain technical documentation under senior developer guidance.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture for secure DoD customer environments. Design data, security, sharing, automation, integrations, and user experience models; establish development, sandbox, release, and CI/CD standards; guide developers through design and code reviews; document systems for ATO and RMF packages; evaluate Salesforce releases; and advise government stakeholders on technical trade-offs, platform limits, licensing, risk, and performance.

Designs and leads MuleSoft integrations connecting Salesforce with DoD, government, and third-party systems. Responsibilities include API-led architecture, DataWeave transformations, event-driven and batch integrations, security controls, reliability engineering, governance, CI/CD, interface documentation, ATO/RMF support, and production troubleshooting. The role requires extensive MuleSoft and enterprise integration experience, Salesforce API expertise, security knowledge, and relevant MuleSoft and DoD certifications.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, and AWS. Build responsive interfaces, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions while modernizing legacy systems. Participate in Agile development, testing, debugging, documentation, and secure software delivery. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of software engineering experience, US citizenship, an active Security+ certification, and a Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Administer and support IT systems for approximately 300 on-premises and remote users across Microsoft GCC High and commercial tenants. Responsibilities include end-user support, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, networking, firewalls, patching, security monitoring, compliance support, backups, vulnerability remediation, and PowerShell-based automation.

Manages social media strategy, content calendars, campaigns, platform updates, audience engagement, event coverage, graphics, short-form videos, and performance analytics for a Marine Corps acquisition command. Coordinates content approvals with government leads and produces recurring and ad hoc metrics reports. Requires strong writing, editing, social media expertise, and experience with analytics and creative production tools.
