Leads the U.S. Army Digital Media Support program, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, resource planning, quality assurance, performance management, digital platform operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Serves as the primary contractor liaison to the Government and ensures Army digital communications, websites, CMS platforms, social media, analytics, knowledge management, customer support, and AI capabilities meet contractual and strategic objectives.

Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, security, migration, and optimization of highly available PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora databases on AWS. Develop data warehousing and ETL solutions, manage scheduling and monitoring, tune performance, support database projects, and maintain technical documentation. The role supports Army Human Resources Command by improving HR processes and decision-making through modern cloud database technologies.

Leads quality assurance strategy and execution for software applications, designing test plans and automated Cypress end-to-end suites. Tests distributed AWS applications and microservices for functionality, performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Integrates automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manages defects, collaborates with development teams, and mentors junior QA professionals while promoting quality engineering practices.
