Leads Salesforce project delivery for DoD customers from kickoff through deployment and sustainment. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, contract deliverables, Agile ceremonies, change requests, release planning, testing, and go-live activities. Coordinates technical teams and government stakeholders, supports RMF and ATO documentation, reports program status, removes blockers, and improves delivery processes.

The Business Analyst will gather and document requirements from DoD stakeholders, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain requirements traceability. Responsibilities include process mapping, Salesforce configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing and UAT coordination, training documentation, backlog refinement, and post-release feedback. The role collaborates with project managers, architects, developers, and end users to ensure Salesforce solutions address customer needs.

Develop and maintain secure Salesforce solutions for Department of Defense customers. Lead junior developers, design complex features, build integrations, write Apex and Lightning Web Components, manage deployments, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, maintain testing and code coverage, and document technical designs for sustainment and authorization packages.
