North Shore Community Action Programs, Inc. (NSCAP) is a Peabody, Massachusetts-based anti-poverty nonprofit serving low-income individuals and families across the North Shore. It promotes social and economic stability through education and training, economic stabilization, housing and homelessness prevention, energy services, and home care. Its programs help people build skills, achieve self-sufficiency, remain civically engaged, and live with dignity and independence.
