Teams at North Olympic Healthcare Network

Provides Tier 1 technical support for staff across multiple healthcare locations. Troubleshoots hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Epic, printers, mobile devices, connectivity, and basic system administration issues. Configures and deploys equipment, supports onboarding, manages tickets, documents solutions, creates training materials, and coordinates escalations with Clinical Informatics, Providence, vendors, and other support teams. Requires onsite travel, customer service, communication, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA and information security standards.

Maintains servers, endpoints, networks, security tools, communications systems, and enterprise technology infrastructure across multiple healthcare locations. Provides advanced technical support, troubleshooting, access management, backup and disaster recovery support, asset management, onboarding, documentation, and user training. Participates in technology implementations, upgrades, vendor coordination, process improvements, and organizational projects while supporting HIPAA and information security compliance.

Provides frontline support, training, workflow assistance, and onboarding for Epic and related clinical systems. Develops EHR documentation, troubleshoots escalated application issues, supports upgrades and implementations, and collaborates with clinical, operational, and Information Services teams to improve workflows and technology adoption.
