Provides complex administrative and clerical support to the HR Director and department. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, purchasing and budget tracking, vendor and contract administration, employee event logistics, report and presentation preparation, confidential records management, inbox monitoring, project and deadline tracking, and support for HR policies, audits, and organizational initiatives.

Supervises payroll and operations accounting teams, ensuring accurate payroll, payables, bank reconciliations, fixed-asset management, reporting, and financial close support. Leads hiring, training, performance evaluation, process improvement, quality assurance, policy development, and systems implementation. Provides financial projections, supports organizational needs, and participates in management initiatives and special projects.

Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, security architecture, incident response, vulnerability management, vendor risk, and audit readiness. Oversees Microsoft security environments, ISO 27001 certification readiness, HITRUST and HIPAA compliance, security policies, remediation, and organizational awareness. Reports cybersecurity posture to executives, manages security teams and programs, and coordinates with IT, business stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and vendors.

Collect and analyze data to assess change management and training effectiveness; implement audits; create assessment and trend reports; develop surveys and trainings; lead interviews and focus groups; track corrective actions and timelines; collaborate across departments to recommend and support performance improvements.
