Oversees outpatient behavioral health programs, clinical and administrative operations, staff supervision, treatment planning, medical records, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care. Supports crisis intervention, coordinates with internal and external providers, ensures diagnostic and discharge processes are completed, and promotes effective service delivery and staff development.

Provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medical and mental health care for patients, including children. Conducts histories and mental status examinations, develops treatment plans with supervising physicians, monitors medications and physical conditions, orders and evaluates tests, documents encounters, educates patients and families, and prescribes or administers treatments under Pennsylvania regulations. Duties are performed at outpatient satellite locations as assigned.

Provides psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, counseling, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and behavioral health services through in-person and telehealth care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, participates in case reviews, maintains clinical documentation, and provides consultations and referrals for patients and families.

Provides therapeutic support and case management to children and families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintains compliant clinical documentation, responds to crises on call, and supports community-based behavioral health services. Requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant clinical or case management experience, a valid driver’s license, and Pennsylvania child abuse, criminal record, and FBI clearances.
