JOB PURPOSE:
Member of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for: responding to the therapeutic and case management needs of identified children and their families; maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting and/or case management experience. Education related to children or human services, and knowledge of the community preferred. Position has a flexible 40 hours/week schedule and on-call crisis response availability; and requires valid driver’s license and PA Act 33 Child Abuse, PA Act 34 Criminal Records, and FBI Criminal Background Check clearances.
