Provides administrative, organizational, budget, purchasing, vendor, communication, scheduling, records, event, and project coordination support for the IT Services department. Manages calendars, meetings, documentation, invoices, departmental tasks, deadlines, and follow-up activities. Supports technology initiatives, training, equipment lifecycle coordination, and university systems. Serves as a professional point of contact for staff, vendors, university departments, and leadership while occasionally participating in evening, Saturday, and on-call coverage.

Provides circulation desk coverage and patron assistance in a library. Responsibilities include checking materials in and out, answering questions, managing printing and reservations, processing mail and donated books, supporting work-study staff, conducting library tours, maintaining an orderly environment, reporting facility and computer issues, and opening or closing the library.
