Assist the Sports Grill GM in overseeing all shift operations: manage front and back of house, recruit/train and schedule staff, ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, control costs and inventory, assist with menu development, complete reports, and enforce company standards.

Oversee stewarding operations for kitchen, dining, and storage areas. Supervise hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and compliance with food safety and gaming regulations. Coordinate with culinary leadership, manage payroll approvals, support events, and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Lead player development to acquire, retain, and service high-value casino guests. Manage VIP programs, team hiring and training, budgets, promotions, and analytics. Collaborate with marketing and operations, ensure regulatory compliance and gaming license requirements, and drive revenue and guest satisfaction through personalized service and yield management.
