Serves as the overnight point of contact at a remote environmental learning center, handling guest and staff needs, lockouts, building concerns, medical and safety emergencies. Coordinates with daytime incident commanders, program staff, and leadership to support after-hours operations, risk management, and consistent incident response. Requires clear communication, sound judgment, situational awareness, customer service skills, and current or attainable Wilderness First Responder certification.
