Manage implementation and ongoing rate reform for the regional center: oversee vendor rates, ensure UFS accuracy and regulatory compliance, supervise Rate team, coordinate audits, vendor file maintenance, EVV compliance, and cross-department problem-solving and training.

Provide administrative and clerical support to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, IT, Facilities, QA and other departments. Perform typing and document preparation, use Microsoft 365 apps, coordinate logistics, assist with client-facing communications, and support emergency after-hours needs. Bilingual candidates and reliable transportation are desirable.

Assess and monitor vendored service providers for HCBS Final Rule compliance using a person-centered approach; conduct investigations, audits, and program evaluations; develop corrective action plans; provide training and technical assistance; collect and report HCBS data; coordinate funding and budgets; collaborate with case managers and external agencies; visit clients in homes and day programs; maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
