Processes agency-wide payroll, mileage reimbursements, final pay, benefit payments, deductions, and employment verifications. Audits timesheets, payroll records, benefits, and reports for accuracy and compliance. Maintains confidential employee and payroll information, trains employees and supervisors on timekeeping, supports leave-related timesheet management, and completes special assignments using independent judgment. The role requires three to four years of payroll processing experience and primarily works in an office with potential hybrid flexibility.

Monitors and evaluates regional center vendor services for compliance with contracts, regulations, Medicaid waiver requirements, and agency standards. Conducts audits, investigations, complaint follow-up, corrective action planning, incident analysis, provider training, and program evaluations. Visits client homes and service programs, coordinates with vendors and staff, maintains documentation, and supports quality assurance and risk mitigation initiatives across a three-county service area.

Coordinates Participant Directed services and the Self-Determination Program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provides referrals, training, education, and support to participants, families, case managers, and partner organizations. Develops budgets and spending plans, reviews regulatory compliance, maintains referral and enrollment records, coordinates meetings, enters database information, participates in outreach, and communicates with stakeholders. The role requires regular travel among regional center offices and primarily involves in-office work with potential hybrid flexibility.
