Provide administrative support to HR and Payroll: act as first contact for staff, maintain records, assist hiring/orientation, support recruitment and benefits administration, liaise with departments, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Monitor and evaluate vendor service providers for compliance with contracts, Title 17, HCBS Waiver, and NBRC best practices. Investigate complaints, develop corrective action and technical assistance plans, provide vendor/staff training, analyze incident reports, and implement the Quality Assurance Plan. Work is both office-based and in-community across a three-county service area.

Lead the regional center as CEO, ensuring strategic direction, operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, strong board partnership, community and government relations, workforce development, and high-quality person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
