Leads project controls across heavy civil construction projects, overseeing cost management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, contract changes, claims, delay analysis, scheduling, and performance dashboards. Manages the scheduling team, ensures consistent project controls processes, supports audits and forecasts, analyzes risks and variances, and provides training and subject-matter expertise. The role collaborates extensively with Operations, Finance, Estimating, Purchasing, Accounting, and project teams while improving systems, reporting, and organizational procedures.

The HSE Advisor guides and oversees health, safety, and environmental performance on construction projects. Responsibilities include hazard assessment and control, HSE planning, orientations and training, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, communications, and performance reporting. The role supports project personnel and management while coordinating with external agencies and traveling between projects in the Ottawa area.

Provides administrative and coordination support for a construction project, including purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable documentation, billing, travel and housing arrangements, timesheets, procurement, deliveries, correspondence, visitor reception, and filing. Requires strong office, communication, organizational, time-management, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Construction experience and time-and-material tracking are assets.
