Provide full-cycle HR support for salaried roles including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and investigations, policy and collective agreement interpretation, compensation/benefits advising, learning and development, and HR advisory in a fast-paced construction environment.

Support project manager by coordinating electrical work on construction projects: review drawings/specs, manage purchasing and change orders, assist vendor/subcontractor awards, prepare electrical/commissioning schedule data, communicate with site teams, and support field start-up and commissioning while adhering to HSE policies.

Perform general site labour and cleanup for heavy construction projects. Duties include site preparation, excavations, formwork assistance, traffic control, equipment operation, daily hazard assessments, and supporting trades while following safety standards.
