Develops and leads automated test systems for electronic and electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include test architecture, software and fixture development, instrumentation integration, verification, calibration, troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role establishes test methods and acceptance criteria, supports production, collaborates across engineering and quality teams, leads technical projects, coordinates suppliers, and mentors engineers and technicians.

Leads quality assurance for complex manufacturing processes and products. Responsibilities include internal audits, continuous improvement, inspections and testing, quality documentation, data and SPC analysis, root cause investigations, corrective actions, supplier and customer coordination, and compliance with quality standards. The role collaborates with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues, maintain records, interpret specifications, and ensure product conformance.

Supports electro-mechanical design, engineering drawings, CAD modeling, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, parts-list maintenance, supplier research, and project presentations. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, customers, and suppliers on product and component development. Performs hands-on fabrication, assembly, laboratory, and testing activities while contributing to product improvement projects.

Manages strategic and hands-on People Operations initiatives, partnering with leaders on workforce strategy, employee engagement, organizational design, development, lifecycle programs, employee relations, communications, and employment-law compliance. Analyzes workforce data, leads organizational change and large-scale initiatives, and advises leaders and employees on performance, investigations, corrective action, and terminations. This individual contributor role supports a manufacturing organization and requires strong communication and project-management capabilities.
