Support and maintain manufacturing quality systems: develop inspection/test methods, perform audits, analyze SPC/statistical data, drive corrective actions, train personnel, and liaise with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to ensure product conformance.

Lead production planning, scheduling, forecasting, and supply chain operations across manufacturing sites. Manage and develop planning teams, implement master scheduling techniques, maintain demand forecasts, optimize inventory and fulfillment, run ERP-based planning (Epicor), produce operations reports, support product family transfers, and collaborate with global supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and engineering. Role is primarily remote with periodic site travel.

The Manufacturing Manager oversees production activities, manages staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and improves operational efficiency while promoting safety and operational policies.
