Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, financial reports, organizational charts, CRM updates, and workforce planning materials. The role requires discretion, proactive planning, strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Administers and monitors cybersecurity systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and security monitoring tools. Detects and responds to incidents, conducts vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, enforces security policies, supports secure system deployments, maintains regulatory compliance, trains staff, and documents incidents and recommendations.
