Manage B2B customer orders from entry to delivery for North and South America: process import/export orders, prepare shipment documentation, coordinate logistics and replenishment, maintain ERP/CRM master data, handle customer inquiries by phone/email, collaborate with sales, planning, manufacturing and logistics teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.

Manage BeNeLux territory to drive revenue, volume, margins and forecasts; build long-term customer relationships; negotiate complex contracts; identify new market opportunities; coordinate commercial activities with internal stakeholders and production sites; manage indirect channel/distribution and maintain CRM (Salesforce) and negotiation preparation documentation.

Monitor and analyze plant process performance, identify root causes, and implement process improvements and automation to increase yield, quality, and efficiency. Lead small-to-medium capital projects, track trends/costs, and collaborate with production and business teams to support continuous improvement.
